Timeframes in Maintaining Gardens

From your initial contact, GardenCare will:
• Return your phone call or respond to your email within 1-2 days.
• Meet with you to review your landscape and lawn within 1-5 days.
• Prepare and send to you an estimate for your GardenCare maintenance program within 3-10 days.
• After we receive a signed copy of your contract and deposit, we will schedule a start date for your maintenance program.

Upon becoming a client, GardenCare will:
• Schedule your maintenance consultant to meet with you throughout the year to review your expectations and goals for your landscape and lawn.
• Schedule your maintenance account manager to periodically check in with your assigned crew leader to review your landscape and lawn.
• Schedule your maintenance account manager to periodically check in with your assigned crew leader to review your landscape and lawn.
• Schedule our Certified Plant and Lawn technician to periodically inspect your plant and lawn health (as part of the Executive and Premier Programs) and make any necessary applications to maintain healthy shrubs and lawn.
• Schedule your crew leader for a weekly visit to inspect your landscape and lawn and address any of your concerns.
